Expunge Your DUI

When you expunge your DUI, a conviction or plea of either Guilty or No Contest in a criminal alcohol abuse case is set aside and the case is expunged, including a DUI arrest. The DUI expungement procedure relieves the defendant of certain penalties and disabilities that result from a criminal driving under the influence of drugs action.

You can expunge your DUI after you have fulfilled all your probation, or have been settled from the original term of probation, or have not been placed on probation and all your sentence terms have been finished.

One of our DUI expungement lawyers will file your petition and your proof of service on the prosecuting attorney by mail or in the Clerk's Office at the court that is located near you. Your DUI expungment petition will then be sent to a judge and you will be told through the mail once a decision is made. Our DUI lawyer's will guide you as we expunge your DUI and are here to help.
